SHIPPING Standard delivery is by UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail. Shipping and Handling charges can be estimated to be about 10-15% of the total merchandise ordered. PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. 2nd and Next Day services are available for an additional charge.  Please send an email to orders@dtlent.com if expedited shipping is needed.  We will bill the additional cost to your card as an adjustment. We do our best to ship all product within 48 hours. If for some reason, the order will not ship within 48 hours, you will be contacted.  Transit time is approximately 3-10 business days, depending on destination.  ADDITIONAL S & H COSTS: Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an additional $10.00. PLEASE NOTE: Large package premiums of  $10.00 to $35.00 may apply to oversized deliveries. You will be notified if this is the case. TAX A sales tax of 6.5% is added to all retail orders picked up in North Carolina. RETURN POLICY We stand by our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please give us a call and we will gladly send you a replacement, or refund your money within 30 days of receipt refund of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.  Custom orders and food items are non-returnable.
